They provide the best customer service. They replied back to my email asap and got my order taken care of! I’m excited for them to arrive. Thanks again

Great quality of perfumes that are so affordable with clean ingredients. I get so many compliments when I wear their fragrances. Customer service is so prompt and helpful.

Mi pedido llegó a tiempo y bien.

This is my first order and I wanted to purchase 10 fragrances as part of my bridesmaids proposals. After I processed the payment, I realized I somehow missed two perfumes and added them after processing initial payment, but the discount was not applied to these two items. I reached out to customer service and they were immediately able to issue a partial refund for the discount that should have been applied. Grateful they were so understanding and great first time experience. So excited to gift these to my bridesmaids!

I love dossier perfumes. Not only the scent, the quality of the packaging and the durability of the perfume, but also the service! Unfortunately my perfume arrived broken and when I contacted them they immediately responded and sent me my perfume again, that's something to be thankful for!

Fabulous product. Great customer service. I sent a note inquiring about my order and I received a very quick reply letting me know when it will arrive. It was not only quick but so friendly and polite.
