A little email chaos? Don’t worry, Chesnea, we handle inbox mix-ups like maestros in a bottle symphony. Five minutes flat? That’s faster than bergamot fading on skin. Cheers to support with a twist of scent!
I have not received my perfume yet, however customer service was great, took them less than 24 hours to respond and very helpful. Thanks

No perfume yet, but glowing reviews for our customer service? We’ll take that win while we prep your next wow moment. Stay tuned, Daphne! It’s about to smell amazing.
I have loved Dossier for over 2 years, never have had so many compliments about my fragrance. Today I had a glitch with my order, I emailed them as soon as I realized, and within just a few minutes they were back to me and corrected the issue. Makes me love Dossier even more, excellence and trustworthy!❤️

They get back to you quick, listen to your concerns, validate, reassure and seek to find solutions as well. I’ve been purchasing from dossier for years! So trustworthy and great <3
