DossierReviews of dossier.co

I have over 15 different bottles and love them all. These are high quality dupes in simple yet classy bottles. Customer service is also great

Fragancias muy buenas, casi idénticas a las originales, servicio rápido y atención por parte del equipo. Por parte de la paquetería quitaron unos de mis productos y amablemente me lo repusieron

My new shipment came in and the sprayer on my perfume isn’t working properly. I messaged customer service and they were able to get my a new shipment going right away! thank you! Love this company, highly recommend.

As of today I rate 5 stars. I've only had one issue with customer service (which Dossier promptly corrected). I've ordered several times with Dossier and I've ALWAYS recieved my order. I haven't had any surprise charges for the membership because I canceled it before the date they literally notify you of when placing the order. I've also had no issues returning or exchanging anything I've ordered. Dossier has ALWAYS promptly responded to my messages when I've had to message them. I wanted to write a honest review addressing some of the concerns I've read in others reviews. No company is perfect, but from my experience Dossier does there best! I also have yet to buy a scent that wasn't spot on! If I didn't like a scent or changed my mind Dossier exchanged it with no problem! I would definitely recommend. Toni Beez

Carolina was pleasant, helpful, upbeat and articulate . Simply 👍🏻 She also had a personal touch by familiarizing herself with which perfume I purchased. A detail not everyone in customer service would take the time for .

Price is right. Products are fantastic.

Customer Service is always willing to go above and beyond and quickly responds to inquiries.
