As of today, I’ve decided that not only does Dossier have awesome & affordable fragrances but they have the most excellent customer service. I contacted them with a concern in reference to my D+ membership with skeptical concerns but after speaking with one of their reps, I was more than pleased and satisfied with their service. In reference to their fragrances, I think that they have some of the best impressions on the market and some of the absolute best originals. They’re not only distinctive but also long-lasting. Some recommendations if I may; fiery leather & rhubarb, oud & rose on fire, sage & black tea renew, caramelized lavender & hazelnut. 😊

Customer service is unparalleled. I wanted to add to an order and wasn’t able to do so on the site, reached out to customer service on WhatsApp and got it resolved. I online shop a lot and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. + scents and perfume dupes are my fav. I started with Gourmand white flower after I fell in love with the Viktor and Rolf fragrance. But the dossier “extreme” version blows the V&R out of the water.

I ordered the ambery neroli and this scent is absolutely beautiful. The neroli gives a nice earthly feel and the pear and orange flower make it a little bit sweet. Such a great pairing. The customer service is also amazing. I had questions about my shipment and the response was fast and friendly. Im looking forward to the scent I ordered for my husband.
