The wrong address was entered and I emailed asking for it to be corrected. I received an auto reply email saying that it would be a few days, but they actually responded within hours and updated the address for me. I was impressed and happy with their quick response and ease in which they fixed the issue.

Great service and communications

I had purchased several perfumes during a sale event and unfortunately didn't care for them. I was able to exchange the perfumes but got an email stating I owed a balance. The customer service team was quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of! This level of exceptional customer service is something we unfortunately don't see as often anymore. Thanks Dossier!!

The support team were incredible and speedy, such a lovely team of people working for this company. The shipping was so quick also I highly recommend. Such a great overall experience for a first time customer.

I ordered around $150 worth of items, but the delivery person left it at the wrong house somewhere and I didn't get it. I was really bummed out about it and I emailed them about it asking what my options were, and they responded a few days later offering to replace it and have my entire order re-sent, free of charge! 11/10 stars, (You can avoid my mistake by trying to arrange through your shipping provider to sign for your package when they deliver it.)
