My package of 5 fragrances was delivered to the wrong address, and they so kindly worked with me and resent the shipment free of charge! Great customer service! I love, love, love their fragrances and the way they treat customers with grace and respect!

New to Dossier but when I didn’t like the scents I ordered, I was able to easily exchange them with others! Also, their customer service is top tier! I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to others!
