Dossier has now become my favorite place to buy quality perfumes. The prices are great and the fragrances are amazing! Their impressions collection always mets and exceeds my expectations and the same goes for Dossier’s own collection line and original fragrances. I had an issue with my delivery (paid for expressed and it was delayed), and they worked to resolve the issue and offered to add the $20 spent for the express delivery for store credit/reimbursement. Their customer service employees were very kind and efficient. That is the one thing I always consider when buying products from different companies and distributors. I also got a pefume that I ended up not liking so much, and not only did I get free returns, but I was also able to exchange it for another more significant smell.

I bought my brother some perfumes for his birthday and because of the address the package wasn’t delivered. So it was sent back by the post office. They received it and I explained what happened about the address someone didn’t read the email correctly and just told me about the return label. Someone else wrote to me and addressed the issue correctly and gave me a refund. But I reordered the perfumes again. This time to the correct address. I was a bit bothered by the situation which the address thing was my fault but not reading my email correctly that was annoying but they made it right. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a while and I’ve enjoyed all their products.
