The shipping was extremely late, when i purchased they said one date and just after purchasing it was another date, and it was not just a 1 or 2 days. I will use another brand since there are more than enough generic scent companies. It was dossier Mexico. It was not the first time i have experienced this from them, i thought the first was just a one time thing. It is like they are lying through their website to get more sells.

Love the scents, especially Neroli Romance. Great return and exchange process, if you don't like the scent you can return and exchange easily with their online system. Definitely recommend!

I ordered 2 weeks ago and still havent received my package. Seems that nobody Can help me they can only tell me to wait even more days. It is a gift and therefor timesensitive. I would not order from here unless you are ok that it may time a long time to receive your paackage. I am in Denmark and the package was sent from the nederlands. That should not take that long since both places are in the EU.

There was a little hiccup with the order and they took the time to get back to me. Emailed me and fixed it very patient and professional…👍
