Emails responded to in a very timely manner. The staff are very knowledgable and so friendly and very helpful. I have been liaising with Samara. She is an absolute treasure and put me at my ease. I asked several question about a product not available in the UK, she answered them all with a lovely and helpful manner. She even said she wolld let me know if the item comes to the UK. How lovely is this. Thank you! ❤

Absolutely amazing perfumes! The scents from Dossier last beautifully on the skin and truly feel like high-end quality at a very fair price.
