I needed to do an exchange because the smell I ordered was just not for me, and the lady who assisted me was very helpful and fast in her communication back. I have ordered many scents before and this was the first one that just didnt quite work out, but I will for sure be ordering here again and again.

Dossier is the best! I been enjoying their perfume it's been such a great quality and some of the scent is even better than original and Dossier customer service has been really helpful! Even with the USPS shipped the perfume to wrong parcel box and my order went missing but they helped me with process. I would say there's not that many company that would help customer like that these days. Love Dossier and I'm planning to use their product forever!

I really love the customer service that Dossier provides, my package got stolen, which has been a trend lately, but luckily I got package protection plan with my large order for Black Friday. I emailed customer service. The date was delivered when I did not find it in the mail room and ask them to help me. I was so lucky to be in contact with Carolina from the company who helped me out and worked with me on getting my package replaced. I was so impressed by the timeliness in communication that I went ahead and put in a separate order because I appreciate good customer service.Tudor was also excellent as well. I love this company, higly recommend and their perfumes are great too!

Dossier’s customer service is top tier. I was able to get an exchange issue resolved in a matter of minutes and all the representatives were extremely responsive, respectful and professional. Would highly recommend this company, not just because I love their scents but for the phenomenal customer service as well!
