I placed my first order November 21, 2021, and have placed 25 orders since then, some up to $200. The only other place I have shipped this religiously is the grocery store. Dossier.co is absolutely amazing. I have a $5000 cologne collection that only costed me a fraction of that. Not to mention their stellar customer service. I have dozens of reasons for shopping at Dossier as often as I do, but the only two you need to know is high quality, low prices. Dossier gets a 5/5 rating, and if I could give it higher, I would.

Súper atentos con los mensajes, y me encantaron los perfumes que pedí, todos huelen muy bien, incluso hay algunos que no me convencieron para mi, pero facilmente encontré quien podría usarlos de mi familia.

Tuve una mala experiencia con la paqueteria, sin embargo el customer service de Dossier me respondio y resolvio en menos de una hora de haberlos contacado. Al haber trabajado en el pasado en customer service, entiendo el volumen y trabajo que este puede ser, y agradezco su pronta respuesta y resolucion a mi problema.

The most important thing in customer service is responsiveness. The Dossier team were very responsive and provided clear instructions on what information I needed to provide to them to assist them in resolving my issue. Once I provided the required information, they provided a resolution immediately!
