horrible customer service. when i placed my order they forgot to ship the extras i paid for. had to wait for there "team" to ok sending me what i paid for. then they were going to charge me shipping for these items. now i am having issues with the machine i bought and am getting the run around. have wasted over a hour and a half and getting no where. ask for s supervisor repeatedly still have not heard from one
