Prices to high

Four stars because they eliminated that deep groove as promised. On the negative side, they are somewhat heavy if you are used to the softer covers. Also they are too long for a smaller face, going from behind my ear to my nose. Will try cutting one tonight. If it is still comfortable I would buy it again. I will not give you a one star rating just because my face is small. Lol

Your website is straightforward and I easily found the accessory I was looking for. However, I was very disappointed to learn that the current discount did not apply to the DC adapter for my Resmed AirMini CPAP machine that I purchased from your company. Checkout was quick and easy.

Other companies provide free, next day delivery. I'm already paying a rediculously inflated price for the equipment. Slow, paid delivery just makes it worse.
