Product was exactly as advertised and arrived on time. It fits the Eclipse perfectly and attaches to my wheelchair securely.

I still haven't received my concentrator. The RX was mailed last weekend. Please call me to get status of delivery.

Received the right product at the right price the day after Thanksgiving. On 11/22 I paid for next day delivery but the package did not get to the shipper until Thanksgiving Day. That was not a problem however, because my office, where I chose to have the item delivered, was closed for the holiday.
