This Widex pair of hearing aids are fantastic! I play piano in a band and needed hearing aids that didn’t distort when rehearsing and playing out. These do the job!

I started the process of sending in a hearing aid for repair in December 2025. Now in mid-March 2026, I still don't have it back. I was told it was lost and they would be sending a new one but this has been going on for 3 weeks. Direct Hearing doesn't appear to follow up on their process.

I was able to save several hundred dollars by purchasing from Direct Hearing. Sent them my hearing test, that I had done locally and they programmed them. I had a local Audiologlist adjust them, as their over the phone Audiologist wasn't much help.
