U delivered what I needed at a Great Price!))

Great turnaround time.

My husband has always purchased Beltone hearing aides until now. The price was 1/2 of what he would spend at Beltone and the value is the same! He loves his new hearing aides. They were so easy to use. No adjustments needed! Right out of the box. We are definitely impressed. They even block wind noise when he rides his bike.

They never gave me any problems they new their business.

Excellent pre-sales and post sales support. And the professional hearing aids were delivered and supported at half the price offered by local hearing aid organizations.

I'm waiting for a warranty replacement item. The order was approved June 11 but as of June 15 the shipper has not received the item. It is disappointing that after being charged $15 for shipping it is taking so long.

Setting up the hearing aid worked. The service person was great
