Biggest problem was sending the wrong charger for the new hearing aids. They did over night the correct charger. However, because it was over the weekend, it took 3 nights to get here.

My first set of hearing aids did not work properly. Cynthia at Direct Hearing immediately ordered a replacement pair and personally took the time to set them up based on my hearing test and discussion with me. To speed up the process the hearing aids were shipped next day. I appreciated the care, concern, and support from her at Direct Hearing.
