no service for set up after you get them

I received earphones and service according you promised in the website. Excellent new technology applied to Infinio sphere device.

My experience was GREAT with them, I'm dealing with a 93 year old Mom and she's as tough as nails. I let them know that something like her not liking them and that is what DID happened. They were very helpful and courteous! I would recommend them to everyone! Just don't let your parent or other (loved ones) tell you what to do. Listen to them!!!

Cynthia listened to my concerns and questions, answered my questions, walked me through the app to find the different settings needed. She was very patient.

Friendly service but a bit slow.

I got lucky and the repaired hearing aids arrived just a few hours before I was to leave on vacation, so everything worked out. The repair is good. Thanks! Jerry
