Purchased software for instant download, still waiting 3 days later. Company blames it on paypal but are unwilling or unable to take care of the issue. Now I have to wait for 7 days to make sure the charge comes off before I purchase again.

We apologize that PayPal has taken some time to clear your payment. They will not give us the exact reason for it. We have tried to work with them to speed up this process. We were able to get them to clear your payment and we can now fulfill your order. A customer service representative will be calling you very soon to facilitate your delivery of the product. Again, we apologize for the delay, and will continue to work with PayPal to try to speed up these issues when they arise.
