OHR Home & Office SolutionsReviews of ohrhomeofficesolutions.com

I bought a chair two years ago, and for the past month, I have been trying to get a warranty replacement for it under its three-year warranty. They have claimed to be out of business, tried to find a part, and tried to find a box, and at this point, it seems clear these are all tactics to evade and give me the runaround.

The chair seems just fine. However, when trying to buy the chair, my wife and I drove out to the purported warehouse, and discovered that it had closed. This information is on the phone automatic message, but the website had not been updated. Also, the delivery organization is set up by text message. This is not very efficient. Still, I am pleased with the purchase, and we have now ordered a second chair.

The gas cylinder on my chair doesn't hold, I emailed OHR customer support about my issue and have been ignored, I would like the product I purchased to be functional and the lack of response from the customer service team has been frustrating

really amazing customer service, delivery, and he even carried it up the stairs for me. I could not thank him enough. Wonderful place, I recommend anyone who's looking for refurbished goods.

The order was easy to submit, and the product was delivered in quick order (less than a week from order to delivery). One minor issue was noted with the delivery, and Customer Care is resolving the issue.

I got a great chair delivered to me. Great customer service. Great service all around.

Chair is as expected

Good price, communication, and delivery :D
