I had an issue with funding where two separate deposits were taken out from my account, but they only received one. Although it took longer than I would have expected to get resolved, they did keep working at the issue and I do appreciate that. It did eventually get worked out for me and they compensated for the lost time. I am hopeful that with this it will be smooth sailing for the future.
