Professionalism, patience and willingness to help is held at a high standard here. I can tell you from my experience and not from what I heard. Daniela and Joelle were two ladies, that were awesome in helping me resolve an issue (which I later discovered to be an error made on my end). I'm so proud I picked Digital Trust!

Receive great service from Alli!! She was so helpful with questions I had. I am a former customer of Digital trust and if I had Alli I would have never had switched custodians for my SDIRA.

Just a change of credit card and I needed to call in to receive the secure link to update my information. Super simple. Appreciate the speed with which the phone was answered and I was helped.

I appreciated that the wait time was minimal and it was easy to get to a real person. Chelsea was very pleasant and patient, as I needed help filling out a distribution form.
