Bought a product key in February, but did not use it until September (2026). It did not work, so I reached out via chat. I was given support in minutes, provided a new product key along with detailed instruction which worked on the first try. Could have been the product key, could have been the way I was trying to register. Both were addressed at once and the problem was resolved immediately. Good experience.
