Got exactly what I paid for, customer service was great when there was a hiccup.

I purchased two Office 365 licenses and didn't activate the second one for 6 months. I had trouble downloaded it and contacted customer service. It was able to provide me with the correct download link in one day and I was able to successfully activate the software. Excellent customer service!!
