Wanted Home Office and they gave me Pro
I bought the Home and Student 2019 edition of Microsoft Office, which is what I wanted. I only need word and excel. There was a choice to upgrade to 2019 Pro for $7 more dollars that included everything. I declined and proceeded to download. The download was taking way too long and I noticed the Pro version was being downloaded with crap I didn't want on my computer like One Drive and Skype. It took hours to remove them. 2019 isn't a very good product to begin with and 2010 version much easier to use. Lesson learned in dealing with these types of businesses. Don't buy from this company. I gave it two stars because the programs work and didn't mess up my computer too bad. I'm still trying to get all of One Drive off.
