Rapid response and resolve the issue

Prompt and timely customer service.

Remarkable user support--fast, accurate, and personable. However, I'd think that some of that support could be built into the user documentation. I had trouble installing and activating both Windows 11 Pro and Office Pro 2024, but the capable--and did I say quick?--support resolved both without raising a sweat. The price was right, too.

Excellent response time

The process of downloading/installing/licensing etc. took some time but eventually, we got it done.

My issue was sorted out without my having to spend time on it. They did all the heavy lifting. No more than 36 hours. Nifty.

The customer service is fast and effective when I encountered activation problem. It is greatly appreciated and recommended.
