The support was helpful when i sent the email on installed software. Follow up with customer was a plus and delicate staffs was helpful throughout step of reinstalled software .

I had some errors on installation of MS Office 2024 over MS Office 2021, and the tech help was fast, effective and friendly. James was my contact, and was professional and courteous. Despite the best efforts of Microsoft to mess me up, he was able to plow through the mess and at least ensure that I had the proper program successfully installed, even if MS didn't want to admit it! This company stands by its product.
