Customer support was spot on. ISRAT who was on chat with asked for screenshots and assisted to us to the core to get windows activated. I give them a 5 star for hand holding me the entire way through.

I bought a Windows 10 Pro key that didn't work, but then the support agent I got, Saikat, helped me and gave me a replacement key. I flip computers, and will be coming back to this site when I need more keys!

Initial key did not work, but customer service was prompt and helpful, sorting out the issue incredibly quickly.

At first my code didn’t work and I went to live chat to get help and lamia responded to me in less then 10 minutes and asked for some of my information and then gave me a new code to use. Once I put the new code in it worked.

Quick delivery of key but key didn't work, chatted for a min, gave me a replacement and works great. Thank you

The product key was emailed as soon as I made the payment. No delays. Customer service was great as well.

VERH VERY HELPFUL I had asked my partner to buy a key, but they had gotten the wrong key. They’ve bought a windows 11 pro key when we needed a windows 10 home key. Luckily, Israt was a great help and patient to help get us the right key with no issue.
