Purchased a Windows key and it didn't work the first time, I contacted customer support and Lamia helped me out within minutes and offered an exchange for a pro key which activated windows.

I've purchased multiple products over the years. Just recently had my first issue with a product key not working - however I contacted support and they resolved the issue in almost no time. I'm happy with the products/service and plan to continue to use this vendor in the future - and recommend it. Agent Saikath was super helpful and accommodating.

Just as advertised, my original purchased key arrived within seconds. Although the key didn’t work, customer service responded just as quickly. I reached out and was assisted by Sid, who was incredibly helpful and efficient. After sending a screenshot of the original key, Sid provided multiple replacements. Although the keys did not work, he stayed on top of it, giving me a clear timeframe for a follow-up and delivered a working key. Well deserved 5 stars.
