Digital ChillmartReviews of digitalchillmart.com

I purchased a key back in February of 2025, It was working fine and upon updating my BIOS today windows flagged the key as pirated / potentially non-genuine. They where not much help so I reached out to Chillmart's chat and "Sid" got back to me within minutes and issued me a replacement key. Thanks for the support!

Fast and efficient customer service, shoutout to Lamia

Had a problem with reactivating my windows key after a hardware change. Contacted support and Lamia was able to sort the problem promptly with no issues a year after the original purchase. Would recommend.

The firts key didnt work but the customer service was fast to give one that works, also confirmed its a retail channel key Thanks Sid!

Purchase went smoothly, they sent me the wrong code at first but Sid from customer service was very friendly and got it fixed very quickly

Overall a good experience. It always feels a bit nerve-wracking purchasing keys from third-party sites. I purchased 3 keys successfully that worked great, but the last key I purchased said it had already been activated. Support provided a replacement key, which also failed. I got a second replacement key from support that finally worked. The support is very accessible via live chat (Shoutout to Sid and Lamia), so that is a great pro when there are issues, but it does make you wonder how and where the keys are being acquired to have these kinds of issues. Don't ask too many questions and enjoy the cheap licenses :)

I've bought a few Keys with Digital Chillmart and have had good experiences. Once there was an issue with a Key, but Sid from the website support quickly solved it by sending a new, valid key.

Literally one of the besr customer support interactions I had with a dude named Sid.
