I had a very positive experience with DigiCert support. The process involved some complexity around EV Code Signing validation and order handling, but the support team stayed engaged throughout and ensured the issue was followed up properly. A special thanks to Edjane, who took ownership of the case and continued working on it until everything was resolved. That level of persistence and accountability is highly appreciated, especially in situations where multiple steps and verifications are required. Overall, effective and dedicated customer service.
