Hello, Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We understand that the experience did not feel worthwhile for you. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate hearing a little more about what could have made your experience better.
Made first deposit and initially won and had an enjoyable experience. Have since made maybe 12-15 deposits since then and have not been able to spin a win one time at all. Also the bonus wheel is programmed to never land on sweeps coins not one time ever.

Hello, Each game round has its own independent outcome, and results can vary significantly between sessions. The outcome of a previous session or the amount deposited does not determine what comes next. If you’re concerned about the results you’ve been seeing, our Support team can review your game history and the relevant wheel activity to provide more information based on the recorded results.

Hello, We understand why this experience has been disappointing, especially after using the daily wheel regularly for an entire month and receiving SC only once. Free SC rewards from activities such as the daily wheel and check-ins can vary depending on the current promotion and reward conditions. If you’d like to understand your specific results, our Support team can review your account activity and the rewards available to you and provide more information.

Hello, We understand how frustrating it can be to go through so many rounds with very few positive results. That kind of session can definitely leave a bad impression. Each round has its own independent outcome, so results can vary significantly from one round to another. If you’d like to take a closer look at what happened, our Support team can review your game history and the specific sessions you’re referring to.
