I don’t know why I keep trying on these SC sites and honestly, this is the final straw. This place…. I don’t even know where to began on how trash it was. I had to ask 4 times for my account to be closed. Like many of the other sites, I’ve deposited 3 times and all 3 was little to no return. Screen shots and recording of the gameplay available.

Hello, We understand how disappointing it can be to play without ever seeing the posivite result result you’re hoping for. Posivite result outcomes can vary from one game and session to another, so there’s no guarantee of hitting one. If you have concerns about a particular game or result, our Support team can review the relevant activity and provide more information.
I have only been in the platform a few times and I go back and try to log in and my account is formally and permanently closed. I reached out to support and all they could tell me is that to protect the integrity of the platform security closer my account. I have not done anything shady or dishonest is what I said and the reply was that he couldn't tell me exactly why. Just that it was closed. Crazy

Hello, Account security reviews can result in restrictions or closure when certain checks are triggered, and Support may not always be able to provide the specific details behind a security decision. We understand that this can feel confusing when you don’t believe you’ve done anything wrong.
Your win to lose ratio is horrible

Hello, We hear you. When you see more losses than wins, it can be hard to feel satisfied with the experience. Every round has an independent result, so outcomes can differ considerably over time. Our Support team can review your game history if you have questions about particular rounds or results.
I’d like to see regular daily SC bonuses. There have been times I haven’t been able to play on the app because I spent a whole week only getting gold coins. I am pretty much f2p so it’s frustrating only getting gold coins.

Hello, Thanks for explaining your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to rely on free activities and go a whole week without receiving SC rewards, especially when you enjoy playing without making purchases. Daily rewards and promotional offers can vary, and different activities may provide GC or SC depending on their specific conditions. We appreciate your feedback about having more consistent SC opportunities and encourage you to check the current offers available on your account.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We understand that it can be disappointing when free rewards only include GC and you’re hoping to receive SC as well. Free activities and promotions can have different reward types and eligibility conditions. Our Support team can help clarify which SC offers may currently be available for your account.

Hello, Thanks for being honest with us. We know it can take the fun out of the experience when you keep playing without seeing the results you hoped for. Game outcomes naturally vary, and no particular session guarantees a win. If you’d like to look into your recent activity, Support can review the relevant game history and help clarify any questions.
