Hello, Thanks for being direct about what you would like to see. We understand that GC is not useful to you if your preference is to play with SC. Gift offers can change over time, and different rewards may have different eligibility requirements. Support can take a look at your account and provide more information about the SC gifts and promotions currently available to you.
Not winning a lot. Spending a lot and mainly getting fake coins instead of real coins. Definitely don’t want to spend real money for fake money most of the time. Even on the free games, it has never gave me the large maximum amount . I will try once more and if no winning, l will need to find another gaming company.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We understand that receiving mostly GC when you are looking for opportunities to win real winnings can be frustrating. Free Plays also have their own individual results, and reaching the maximum reward is not guaranteed. If you would like us to take a closer look at your recent game activity and available rewards, Support can review your account and provide more details. Enjoy!
Nor great, nor bad. It’s like all other platforms I am on that I don’t get excited logging in for. Their Daily Bonuses, although there r a few was to get them….they don’t give FP or SC’s! Only GC’s. Which I appreciate. However, let’s be honest…who plays for GC’s! I will not pay to play on platforms in which don’t give SC’s or FP’s. In GC mode, of course the games always hit, but once you switch to play with SC’s it’s a whole new ball game. Actually getting free SC’s help very much to really see which games truly hit and are fun to pay. Plus, with the high $100 min to redeem one could use a bit of a boost to get even close to the super high $100 min. I rarely will play platforms with that high of a min. It’s almost pointless, because of course the systems are rigged to get you super close to the $100 min and then the game coincidentally won’t hit on anything no matter how fantastic the game had been hitting. Just my honest review. I play daily on several platforms and have for nearly 2yrs so I have experienced it all. I wish I would give more stars, but I can’t if I can’t really play. No Daily Bonus SC’s= No playing the true, real game! Change it and I will give a much much better review. Unfortunately, haven’t been able to play to even come close to the high min. Therefore, I have no idea if the redeeming process is easy, quick and actually pays. Sorry……

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such an honest and detailed review. Please note that promotional mechanics and available daily rewards can vary across different offers, and not all promotions function the exact same way. Regarding the gameplay itself, every single round operates independently with its own randomized result, meaning a strong run in one session doesn't dictate the outcome of the next. If you would like to look closely at your account's current status, explore available options, or learn more about how the redemption process works, please feel free to reach out directly to our official support team with your account details. We are always here to help clarify how everything functions! Enjoy!
I am giving this site a 2. I keep coming back for daily coins religiously. Only to find out 6+ months later that it only really gives you gold coins no sc. If I can’t play not on my money, to see how your casino pays, it’s not worth it. I actually purchased a few packages because I would never receive sc or free plays as party of my daily log in. Well, I did not win, it was not fun, and again I return hoping for a different result. If I ever received free plays… they were junk. Not a single thing I can find on their site, that they offer, is even useful. I’d rather spend money elsewhere. There are tons of sweeps with greats gifts, great games, and honest chances to win. It may only be 25.00 out of your 100.00 cash out because of their rules, but at least it’s something, rather than gold coins. Plus you can enjoy other platforms, with the excitement of real sc which makes gaming funner. ♥️ I read your reply. Although appreciated, I don’t know if it will help me with my concern. Thank you and I just hope you understand the importance of sc to a potential spender and getting them to your site. At least this is a huge reason I haven’t. Thank you.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We understand that the daily reward structure and the distinction between Gold Coins and Super Coins are important when deciding how you want to use the platform. Daily login rewards are designed as a way to access the platform without making a purchase, while Sweeps Coins and other promotional rewards are subject to their own eligibility and redemption requirements. This separation also allows players to explore the platform and its games without needing to spend money. If you would like us to clarify how the rewards you received were applied to your account, please contact our Support Team through the website and we will be happy to review the details with you.
Not very fun, not much free chance at SC. Even after a purchase getting the week long packs, they only gave gold not SC or even freeplay. Very disappointing and not recommended. Constant push to purchase pack as a bonus instead of actual freebies as well.
