I get all these emails saying that There's sweepstake coins available with checking and every time I get the package with out them. Not a quarter not 50cents surely not no dollar something like the email that drove me in again said. That's false advertisement js.

Hello, We understand why this would be frustrating, especially when an email gives you the impression that SC will be included and the package you receive does not match what you expected. Promotional emails can refer to specific offers with their own eligibility requirements, conditions, and time limits. The SC amount or availability can also depend on the exact campaign linked to the message, so it’s important to check the offer details associated with that email. If you’re seeing a specific email that doesn’t match what was provided, our Support team can review the promotion and your account activity and clarify the offer details.
Very low chances of winning anything

Hello, We understand your frustration when it feels like wins are too difficult to come by. Each round has its own independent outcome, so individual sessions can have very different results. If something about your experience seemed unusual, Support can take a closer look at your game history.
