I ordered the product online, and after one delivery attempt and many emails verifying my address, I still have not received either a refund, or the product. Customer service is beyond frustrating, and completely non responsive in dealing with the issue.

No help from this product . Guarantee is for 30 days but only if all products were unused and customer pays to return items to Hong Kong. Costs more than the refund. Also goes by Dermxell. Watch out also uses other names.

I have used the dermawell face sculpter for over a month now. Do not waste your money. It does not help with wrinkles at all as advertised.

My first dermawell arrived June 5- the charger wouldn't fit. After many emails and sending pictures and videos, they agreed to send me a new one. I was happy until I got the new demawell and the charger didn't fit!!! At this point, I just want my money back!!

I bought my Derma Well on 3/28. Today is July 6th and i finally had the police to plug it in and use it. But the cord will not fit in the unit.? I hope you will helped with this. My rating would go up if I got some answer talking to a representative. The ref# 74201336087100004678904

I had an issue with my devise not lighting on one side. Customer service requested a video and after some trials, I did recieve a new devise. I love it and use it every day, it really helps my 70 year old sagging skin I really needed this, especially after loosing almost 50 lbs.! Thanks for the great service!
