I had an issue with my devise not lighting on one side. Customer service requested a video and after some trials, I did recieve a new devise. I love it and use it every day, it really helps my 70 year old sagging skin I really needed this, especially after loosing almost 50 lbs.! Thanks for the great service!

After a false start with the facial sculptor not turning up for nearly 5/6 weeks then breaking after a few uses, i sent a complaint which was answered promptly and product replaced

The Dermwell collection is amazing. Although I've only had a couple of days to use it. I've been using it day and night. This is not an overnight miracle system. Like I said I've only had my system for a couple of days and I'm loving what I'm seeing in the mirror. Plus my skin is as smooth as a baby's butt. Have used this for several weeks now and can definitely see improvement in smoothness of neck area. Easy to use, and like the three levels of light therapy. Use green on neck and jaw, and red on forehead area. The Dermawell serum is very effective to aid tool in gliding smoothly over skin. Ordering process was good, and was kept informed about order status.
