DerbyBox.comReviews of derbybox.com

Excellent! Honest! Easy transaction.

Great Experience!

They messed up my order and then were rude to me about it. I thought I had purchased a good deal and they told me there was a mistake that they took no responsibility for. They took it back after I had a receipt. All the good seats were gone by this time. I received a link to review for my “purchase” also. They were hostile and it did’t seem right because it was their misake.

great help and love that you get the souvenir ticket. Always cordial and willing to talk you through the process

They were extremely easy to communicate with, and our tickets were perfect. We will definetely use them again.

Called before purchasing. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Talked me into purchasing less expensive tickets than I had planned for. Only wish I would have know our seats were beside a volume w/ large pipes coming from the 3rd floor. Obstructed view to the finish line. Other than that, great experience. would use again.

Quick and easy pick up! Accurate description of seats/section and no issues upon entry.

We had so much fun at the Kentucky Derby. Our seats were great and we really enjoyed our time. It was nice to have DerbyBox.com handle tickets and I felt confident we got a very fair price. The tickets arrived in plenty of time very nicely packaged! We will use DerbyBox.com in the future and look forward to more experiences like this one.
