They messed up my order and then were rude to me about it. I thought I had purchased a good deal and they told me there was a mistake that they took no responsibility for. They took it back after I had a receipt. All the good seats were gone by this time. I received a link to review for my “purchase” also. They were hostile and it did’t seem right because it was their misake.

We got our tickets from the Derby Box in a timely manner, when we booked the tickets over the phone, we paid $275.00 each for our seats, and were told that if we chose clubhouse seats we would be undercover, of course when we arrived on the Friday, for the Kentucky Oaks we were not undercover, very disappointing we had traveled from outer state to attend this event,Derby Box you need to tell the truth when you are selling tickets, would not book with Derby Box again.

I had called to confirm if our box was under cover and was told yes we were. Derby day rain and guess what No Covered box. 😢

The experience of attending the Derby was great! Race 12 not so much, Churchill Downs must be struggling financially. Payout for race 12 was just over $500k when Maximum Security was disqualified. Because of that call Churchill Downs was able to pocket $8.5 million based on the disqualification. As a first time attendant, I can only hope that attendance to future Derby’s is significant lower as a result of Saturday’s outcome. I will never return to a horse race event. Louis Nowell

When i tried to order online, tickets were $150.00. I had to call back next day and tickets were $ 300.00.

I only ordered two tickets but was charged for 4 tickets. My order was processed twice.

tickets were said to be in row A ON THE RAIL. I had one ticket on the rail and one in the second row. Second row does not mean on the rail!

Derbybox assured me that I would have 2 boxes next to each other when Submitting the order numbers and section request. When tickets were mailed they were nowhere near each other. I called to ask and they said that it would be no problem to relocate the boxes, they said there was plenty of inventory left and to send an email and they would handle it. I emailed twice and never heard back. This was all well before the last 4 weeks leading up to derby when tickets become more scarce. Disappointed in their service.
