I was so excited to finally replace my old kitchen faucet and both bathroom faucets. I purchased the Delta Boyd and Lacey in Champagne Bronze, a gorgeous color that I built my paint palette around. But NOBODY told me YOU CAN'T HAVE WATER SPOTS DRY ON THEM. On a water faucet, are you kidding me?? They will not come off, they spotted immediately and I've been told you can't use anything but a soft microfiber and warm water to gently wipe AFTER EVERY USE. There is no mention of this on the care of the product. I'm just livid over it. Are they going to reimburse me for the purchase AND the plumber putting them in, taking them out and putting new ones in?? Turns out I could have bought the ones with a special finish on them that prevents it for several hundred dollars more but I never saw them. What a ripoff.

Poor quality, plastic junk that keeps on leaking and extremely bad warrantee and customer service. Do not buy Delta faucets.

Have owned Delta for years but recently they refused to honor their warranty. Major change at corporate, won’t buy them anymore!

I wish i would have seen this site before purchasing my Delta Essa Touchless Faucet (9113TLV-RB-DST). These faucets absolutely suck. I have had two of them and they both exhibit the same symptoms. Touchless will work for about 3 -5 weeks and then stops. I will never purchase another Delta faucet again. After countless hours on the phone with support, I have come to the conclusion that they sell inferior products and they do not care about product quality. I hope this helps someone make a decision before buying this brand.

The water lines on the faucet are not long enough to install without with plenty of clearance . To close between the sink and the wall

This is the 4th Delta Sparrow bathroom faucet we have bought and had to return. After we get them installed, we go to put the water on. We have low low water pressure. Which got the aerator edits as it said in the aerator was clogged with all plastic parts! The first two we bought whoever was on the assembly line put the handles on the wrong way. we just got two more last night at Lowe’s and one is fine and the other one has the same problem. The one side that did have water flow when the aerator was off is spitting out all pieces of internal plastic parts.
