I ordered a kitchen faucet from them. I called 10 minutes later, to cancel. I ordered the wrong one. They said it's to late to cancel. Literally 10 minutes. On top of it, I ordered the right one from them. Neither one has shipped yet. #07009582

Absolute garbage! Started leaking after 3 years. Called about the “lifetime” warranty. Delta sent 3 little boxes of parts with no instructions, no diagram. Called Delta again was on a video call for an hour they tried to help me replace the parts. The handles were so tight I couldn’t get them apart to replace the parts inside. They will not replace the whole faucet only the plastic POS parts. Do NOT buy a delta faucet! Never again!

Delta under warranty replaced our $250 shower head with an lower quality lower featured product. When I called to tell them this was not the same product I felt very brushed off. I told her the product that was comparable to my product was now being priced much more expensive and that is why they sent me a product that was half the price of what I had originally paid. They told me I was being offered a 50% discount to buy the new model. Well at 50% off I would be paying more than the retail price at Lowe's. Their warranty is crap. I have never had this experience with Moen. The shower head I was calling to have replaced is only about 3 years old. My next question is why would they not have parts and have the ability to replace something that was only 3 years old? I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Brand new delta shower faucet that no matter how I adjust the temperature. I cannot get hot water above 89°. Customer service sucks and they want me to do all the work just to have them replace the cartridge in this piece of crap that delta overcharges for. As a plumber with over 35 years of experience, I see this as a step backwards in product quality. A mixture of plastic and metal that is bound to break. And this item was fresh out the box and this is what consumers get for their money. As a plumber, I get the headache of dealing with inferior product and piss poor customer service when trying to get a replacement cartridge for this shower valve.

Delta was good at providing replacement parts in the past. This time our aerator would not unscrew from the faucet. I called and said I would have to dig, cut, or drill it out. They mailed a new aerator with no instructions. Getting the old aerator out damaged the end of a plastic tube inside the faucet that I didn't even know was in there. When I put the new aerator in and turned the water on, water went backwards down the back of the faucet and soaked everything we had in the cabinet below the sink. When I called, I was told they could offer us 50% off a new faucet. We selected a re-certified one from the link they provided and called back. Now we were told they would not knock 50% off of the $130 faucet because "it was already discounted." I said anyone can buy it for $130 so that isn't giving us anything for the problem. We could choose a $1000 faucet and they would reduce that by $500 but they could not knock off $65 on the re-certified faucet! This makes no sense. Now we're not happy with Delta, have wasted time and phone calls with Delta, will post negative reviews, have to shop elsewhere for a new faucet, go without this bathroom, and have to install the new faucet.

I contacted them on their website August 22. I received a reply stating...We endeavor to reply to all requests within one business day. Haven't heard a thing. I tried calling and no one answers. I bought bathroom taps six months ago and they are peeling already. Delta used to be a good name but not anymore.

Delta faucet quality has much degraded these days. I bought 2 delta faucets 25896LF-BN-ECO in 2024, one already has an internal leak inside the faucet that is not fixable. I called the customer service and they decided to send me a replacement but they no longer have the model above. Instead they sent me a different model 25896LF-BN which has drastically different look and it will look ridiculously funny if 2 of them are installed in the same bathroom. While Delta faucets in the past last 10-20 years without issues, their faucets these days can not pass the test of time and what is worse, they discontinue some of their models but their newer models look drastically different. Embarrassing for a big company like Delta faucet. Not really sure what they are thinking but definitely not customers first.

I purchased a delta faucet for my kitchen, model number 4153 – AR-DST the Linden Arctic stainless faucet. I love the look and appearance of it and I had it installed and immediately I had a problem pushing the sprayer head back into the faucet. I contacted the company and after long conversations and long times on hold I was told the faucet is defective and I need to take it out and get another one and pay myself for a plumber for a second time to come out and install it. Prior to that, while I was waiting I asked them why the hot water was taking so long to heat and he told me it probably had a defective cartridge in the handle. This was on a brand new purchase installed not even one day. I don't expect to purchase a faucet with a defective cartridge and defective parts and get such terrible terrible customer service.
