Ordering and delivery was was easy and everything arrived quickly and on time. I messed up when ordering but one call and the team at Della straightened it right up. System is easy to install with the instructions provided. Highly recommend getting a system

There should have parts on hand. But, the unit appears to be good. One part was broken and I am waiting for it or 150.00 rebate back. Which is ok but not great. I just ordered a second one.

The system is currently not working after just being installed, the fan motor is needing to be replaced and hopefully that will be all it needs but need to wait and see before rating my experience higher. I will say the initial experience was a 5 with ordering.

We’re very sorry that your newly installed system is not working as expected. We understand how frustrating it is to experience an issue so soon after installation. The replacement fan motor has already been shipped. Please feel free to contact us if you need help checking the shipping status or have any questions while waiting for the part. We appreciate your patience and hope the replacement gets your system back up and running soon.
I had an order that ended up going through two times. I contacted Amazon, who contacted Align, who the order came from. I called them and they finished the process so I could get four return labels for the large boxes. They were polite and very thorough so I could return the items. Many thanks to the call center there.

Nicole R. in Customer Support was great! She listened to my product issue, was very pleasant throughout the experience, and got the issue resolved. She was even so kind to respond to a few follow-up questions. Kudos to Della for having a great employee like Nicole!

Amazing company...and exceptional customer support. I've had my unit 3 years...it started acting up, so I contacted customer support and hit the jackpot with Nicole R. I told her about my issue and the additional money on AC Techs I had spent trying to get the system back online with no success. She went above and beyond and found a solution to my issue. Della has a good one with her...clone her a few times and you'll never have a CS issue. As for the company itself, you have a loyal customer for life. Appreciate taking care of the customer first, last and always approach. Thanks....Larry W.
