Works great. Packages were perfect. Instructions were not real easy to follow.

Fairly simple to install. Followed instructions, unit looks great and is working very well. It’s been very hot here this summer and the unit is keeping this part of my house very comfortable. I am considering a larger unit for the rest of my house

Phone lines were not working as per person I finally got through to. My email notifying cancellation as per web instructions was never answered. Phone calls about my cancellation when i was able to leave a message during open hours were never returned. I had to request cancellation twice because I got a text 5 days after cancellation that said order was being shipped.

Prompt shipping and everything was in good order. Installation was easy and start up went smoothly. This is my third time installing a mini-split system (Two of them are Della) and my first with a multi-zone.

I am pleased with the unit, I bought at 36k btu four head unit, it's works good. Good product for the price. BUT customer service is almost nonexistent when looking for replacement parts. Della really needs to work on this area od business. Thye are hard to get on the phone and very slow to return calls and emails.
