The product was great and perfect. The timing and communication from the company was not acceptable. Company need to have better customer service and communicate with your customers better about statics on products.

I found Delicate Leather as a result of an online search for a steering wheel cover for my 2010 Mazda Miata. The website provided very good illustrations of the product and ordering detail. The price of the product was reasonable. I did not order straight away, as I was looking for a lace-on type cover and was not familiar with the slip-on type. A few weeks later after revisiting their website, I decided to place my order. Follow up communication from them after I placed my order was very good also regarding order tracking. I am very pleased with the product; it looks great and fits like a glove on my steering wheel. It is very comfortable, good grip and design. Very pleased I made this purchase.

The item that I purchased and recieved in a timely manner was what they advertised. I ordered a leather steering wheel cover for my car and it was made with good quality leather. It looks great in my car and I love it. I would order from this company again.

The steering wheel cover looks very nice and is very well made but they didn't put the Honda logo on it like it said.

The quality of the steering wheel cover in leather is the best I've ever seen. The interior neoprene is as advertised for its non slip charactoristic. The colors are also of high quality.

Gave info of my car seat covers did not fit at all nor did they look like picture presented on the website. Only 70% refund. Still trying to figure that out because how am I paying extra for your product that you stand behind that was not satisfactory for your customer. Won’t recommend or use again.
