Throughout the buying process, they were very helpful and very simple questions. They did not seem to be bothered by answering the simplest questions when I had a problem with the product they were quick to find a resolution. I would recommend them again.

We meant to order a light brown color for our leather repair patch and thought that is what we ordered. After two weeks we had not yet received our order (the website claims two week shipping but does NOT let customers know that processing will take two weeks) and contacted Delicate Leather to cancel; however, they let us know that the order was still being processed and we couldn’t cancel. It took another two weeks to get our item, and it was a dark brown color. We contacted them to return the item and they said we couldn’t return our item (even though we are sure we ordered the light brown color) but that they would send us the light brown patch at no cost. We’d rather get a refund (even with return shipping and a restocking fee), but will simply accept the light brown color. We needed the correct product within two weeks, but now will have to settle for the correct product which will undoubtedly take another two weeks. Plus we were required to leave a review before they would send the correct color.

The cover i received was the wrong fit. I reached out to them.and they were nice enough to send me a replacement, without having to pay the additional shipping. That in itself was GREAT! I appreciate good, honestly service
