Liz was extremely responsive. There were a few changes to be made and her and her team turned around the proofs in seemingly no time.

Grace is the absolute best in the industry!!!! I searched everywhere for a pin provider, but Grace’s design was by far the nicest. She was prompt and willing to make any changes I requested. I’m pretty sure I only mentioned once about a complaint I had in the past with another provider that the backing of their pins would fall off easily. She designed mine with 2 rubber backs! She even held the package for me and waited to send it so that I would receive it the exact day I needed it. Once she shipped them, they were delivered incredibly fast. I also compared prices with multiple companies and this was the best pricing I received! Her customer service is unmatched and deserves merit. I will have to order again next year, and I’ll be contacting her directly for that and any future needs. Thank you Grace!!

Liz on the customer service team was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful. She let me know what was going on every step of the way and even helped me alter the final design after I had submitted the payment. Definitely will use for future orders!
