Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

Judy did a good job at converting the medal idea I had into custom medals that I can share. Reasonable pricing. Quick turnaround as long as you already have a design.

I had an amazing shopping experience thanks to Fay! It was extremely easy to communicate my needs and I felt heard and understood.

Julise was wonderful! Attentive, responsive, and expedient service. FIVE STARS!!!

Everything was great, especially the communication with Lilian! The ordering process was quick and easy, and the product turned out great. There was an issue with the delivery - carrier delivered it to an unknown address. Lilian was quick to respond and very helpful getting that issue resolved.

Celia responded to my questions quickly and professionally. Very pleasant to deal with.

Liz is friendly and solves all the inquiries.

Great company and service from Julice!

Lilian has been a pleasure to work with! She responds quickly, provided great service, and has been able to solve every question sent her way. Looking forward to working with her again!
