Thank you for quick work and great communication through this process. I look forward to working with you again!

Great and prompt communication. They accommodated my last minute changes. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Kelly is always doing amazing and gets exactly what I envisioned to reality

I asked Fay to improve my very simple first draft of a custom medal, and the result was far better than I expected. I'm going to ask her again in case I need to place an order for custom-made souvenirs.

Lilian was great to work with. Her customer service was top notch. Clear and concise communications, very friendly and happy to help.

It was a great purchase and working with Judy was a pleasure. I look forward to buying more things from them in the future. Judy personally made sure I was happy with my order and they were shipped the next day.
