Honestly, I think Curology is great. I’ve been on since October and i’ve seen so much improvement. I think what most people fail to realize is that you have to be patient with curology. And the main reason most people don’t like curology is because their not talking to the dermatologist to see what works for their skin.

This company charged my account for $120 with my account being put on hold and now will not refund! Absolutely the worst subscription service! They even stated that the website was not clear on how to fully hold my account and they will work on that for the future, while still keeping my money! Smh

My skin has never been terrible, but I'm a 23 year old male and was still getting occasional acne - quite annoying. I figured I'd give this a shot but I didn't have much hope. I've tried sooo many different products and none of them have worked for me. After the first month on Curology it seemed like my skin got even worse. They said this would happen so I stuck it out and about another month later my skin had finally adjusted I guess and I haven't had a single pimple since. It's been amazing. It's been 2 months since I've had a single pimple. It's like magic! I only use it after I shower so typically once a day or every other day and still works great. I was originally a little thrown off with having to use it twice a day since that seemed like a lot of work but glad it still works with occasional use too. Saves some money.

This company DESERVES 0 STAR. Their return policy is ridiculous, there is no way you can return your product. They don't even inform you when the box is being shipped, they send you an email AFTER the box is shipped. Which makes it harder to return. Their estimated delivery date isn't correct. My account was billed 2 weeks early. When I emailed them about it, they kept telling me about their 2 days policy which helps no one because it's already shipped. And I LAUGH HARD when they say the cream is custom made. Almost all their formula is the same. Look it up on reddit, almost everyone gets the same formula.

This product didn't work for me. My skin hasn't improved with the products. They also charged my debit card without my authorization for $79.99 Trying to cancel the transaction and get my money back is next to impossible.
