I tried the products and they were great, unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription and ran into some issues that the team took care of pretty quick! Although I am no longer subscribed their response makes me comfortable with using curology in the future.

The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is the price compared to the amount you get. My prescription does wonders to my face and for that I would give all the stars. My acne didn’t start until I was 24/25, I am now 31 and this is the only product that has seemed to work!

Their product works, but they try to scam you on subscription. You can't set your own schedule for shipments, they don't allow you to choose your own purchase date, don't notify before they ship. The only way to work with them is to cancel your subscription after each shipment. This is deliberate, I've asked them multiple times to enable this. *sshole business practices.

I used this product for five months with zero results. Finally a second “specialist” decided to change my formula. I used it for a three months until one day I noticed massive dark spots on my cheeks and forehead after a day of being in the sun more than usual. I immediately stopped using it and contacted Curology. I was told to wait to see if it would clear up. Three months later and it was still the same, they told me to continue to wait to see if it would clear up. In the meantime, I could not cancel my subscription or I would lose my ability to communicate. I forgot to push my deliveries out so received multiple boxes and was charged for each, I currently have four boxes that I have been charged for that are unused, totaling approximately $250. I have recently sent new photos, after eight months of “waiting to see if it will clear up“ illustrating that indeed they have not cleared up. I just received another box and have been going back-and-forth with them. Although I would like a refund for the boxes I did not want, the main thing is I want a resolution, I want a way to fix the dark spots that have appeared however they will not even address it in terms of resolving the new issue. They do not provide a way to speak to someone on the phone so it is extremely frustrating to message back-and-forth. I think that their “specialists“ are absolutely ridiculous and their responses sound like AI. I was hopeful this would be a good way to clear my skin up some however all it did was create new problems. The bottom line is I don’t feel this company cares about people at all, it’s just about profit.

I subscribed only for free samples , and they subscribed me in without notice and sent me the full pacakge which i never asked for . I asked to refund my money and I am still waiting . What a great way to scam people and take their money away . PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP CUROLOGY!!!! SCAMMERSSSSSSSSSS
